DELIVERY
Normal delivery time for merchandise in stock is 5-7 working days from receipt of order. If an item on your order is temporarily out of stock,
it will be back ordered and shipped within three weeks after notification of the delay.
SHIPPING METHOD
All orders are shipped UPS. Please provide street addresses, no P.O. Box numbers.
If you are in the Columbus area and would like your order delivered to the 200 OWB Mailroom, please put that address down as the ship to address and we will remove the shipping charges from your order. Your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
RETURN MERCHANDISE
Merchandise with manufacturing defects or shipping damage can be returned for replacement or full refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Be sure to indicate whether you want a replacement or refund.
Worn or soiled merchandise may not be returned.
Be sure your return address accompanies your return.
